1. When ordering please specify the following: quantity, product style, size of product, color or product, and color of imprint and location of imprint.
2. Orders must be received via mail or fax. No phone orders will be accepted.
3. Minimum order is one case.
4. Must order in case increments.
5. Non-printed orders will be shipped within 48 hours.
6. There may be a slight variation of product sizes and colors from order to order.
7. Any changes made to your purchase order must be made in writing and faxed in. No exceptions.
8. If blank merchandise needs to be returned, call our customer service department for a return authorization number. There will be a 20% restocking charge plus original freight.
9. Samples are sent free of charge within 24 hours via regular mail or UPS ground.
10. Distributor protection policy: Distributor accounts will be protected for one year.
11. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Terms: All new accounts must send a deposit of two-thirds. Visa and MasterCard accepted.

Printed Orders:
1. A black and white paper proof is submitted for all new custom printed orders which camera-ready artwork to size is not supplied.
2. Please submit camera-ready artwork with order. If artwork or preparation is provided by us, it will be billed at cost. We accept electronic transfer of artwork in the following formats: Adobe® Illustrator® 8, CorelDRAW™ 9, EPS (Encapsulated Postscript), Freehand, Adobe® PhotoShop®, QuarkXpress™ 4.1, Tiff, DOC (Word), Windows Bitmap. Call for quote.
3. Orders are not scheduled for production until final proof approval is received.
4. Paper proofs only, no production proofs.
5. Normal production in 3 weeks from proofs approvals. Delivery on custom and imprinted orders may vary seasonally. Please consult our customer service department for lead times on special orders. Ship date is scheduled after final approvals.
6. Allow a 20% over or under run on machine run products.

Plates:
1. Plates made for ink printing will be billed at $2.00 (v) per square inch for each color with a minimum charge of $50 (v).
2. Hot stamp plates will be billed at $2.00 (v) per square inch for each color with a minimum charge of $65 (v).
3. Plates may wear out over a period of time and may need replacement. New plates will be billed at cost.

Rush Orders:
1. A 25% mark up on total order will be charged on orders that must be shipped within 10 days or less providing it can fit into our production schedule. Minimum $50 rush charge.
2. Must provide camera ready art to size and waive proof.
3. Must authorize air freight if necessary.
4. Credit must be established and in good standing. New accounts must prepay.
